  are interested in career guidance.\n\nOn May 13\, 2026\, the SL Inspire C
 areer Compass Speaker Training Session was successfully conducted via Zoom
  from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. as part of the preparations for the upcoming
  Provincial Career Compass sessions.\n\nFacilitated by Mr. Rushdi Hadi\, o
 ne of the founding members of the IEEE SLInspire National Project\, as wel
 l as a career coach and consultant with 15 years of experience.\n\nThe ses
 sion focused on effective communication\, presentation skills\, audience e
 ngagement\, storytelling\, and mentorship. The training helped prospective
  speakers enhance their ability to guide\, motivate\, and inspire students
  in making informed educational and career decisions.\n\nThe successful co
 mpletion of the session strengthened the readiness of the speaker team and
  marked an important step toward delivering impactful Career Compass sessi
