DESCRIPTION:COURSE DESCRIPTION\n\nCourse Kick-off / Orientation Thursday\,
July 23\, 2026 - 6:00PM – 6:30PM.\n\nLive Workshops: 6:00PM – 7:30PM\,
 Thursdays\, July 30\, August 6\, 13\, 20\, 27\n\nRegistration is open thr
ough the last live workshop date. Live workshops are recorded for later us
e.\n\nAttendees will have access to the recorded session and exercises for
two months (until October 27\, 2026) after the live session ends!\n\nRegi
stration Fees:\n\nIEEE Member Fee (by July 21): $190.00\n\nIEEE Member Fee
 (after July 21): $285.00\n\nIEEE Non-Member Fee (by July 21): $210.00\n\n

July 21\, 2026\n\nCOURSE DESCRIPTION\n\nNew Format Combining Live Workshop
s with Pre-recorded Video\n\nThis is a hands-on course providing pre-recor
ded lectures that students can watch on their own schedule and an unlimite
d number of times prior to live Q&A/Workshop sessions with the instructor.
Ten 1.5 hour videos released 2 per week while the course is in session wi
ll be available for up to two months after the conclusion of the course.\n
\nCourse Summary\n\nThis course is a fresh view of the fundamental and pra
ctical concepts of digital signal processing applicable to the design of m
ixed signal design with A/D conversion\, digital filters\, operations with
the FFT\, and multi-rate signal processing. This course will build an int
uitive understanding of the underlying mathematics through the use of grap
hics\, visual demonstrations\, and applications in GPS and mixed signal (a
nalog/digital) modern transceivers. This course is applicable to DSP algor
ithm development with a focus on meeting practical hardware development ch
allenges in both the analog and digital domains\, and not a tutorial on wo
rking with specific DSP processor hardware.\n\nNow with Jupyter Notebooks!
