 ablishes the IEEE Sapporo Section Young Professionals Best Researcher Awar
 d and Best Paper Award.\n\nEligibility Requirements:\n\nIEEE Sapporo Secti
 on Young Professionals Best Researcher Award\n\n1. The nominee must be eng
 aged with Young Professionals Affinity Group under IEEE Sapporo Section (I
 EEE member or volunteer who graduated and earned their first professional 
 degree after January 1\, 2011.)\;\n\n2. Both nomination and self-nominatio
 n are accepted.\n\nIEEE Sapporo Section Young Professionals Best Paper Awa
 rd\n\n1. The first author should fulfill the same requirements as Best Res
 earcher Award\;\n\n2. The candidate paper should be published on IEEE jour
 nals between January 1\, 2023 and December 31\, 2025 (within the past 3 ye
 ars)\;\n\n3. The nominee must be the first author\;\n\n4. Both nomination 
 and self-nomination are accepted\;\n\n5. One can be nominated once in the 
 nomination of two awards.\n\nNomination/Self-Nomination Procedure:\n\n1. T
 he nominator should prepare the required nomination form and convert into 
 PDF\;\n\n2. Nomination of Best Paper Award also requires a digital copy of
  the candidate paper\;\n\n3. All required documents should be emailed to j
 wxu@muroran-it.ac.jp entitled 2026 Nominations for IEEE Sapporo YP Awards\
 ;\n\n4. Deadline for nomination is June 30\, 2026\;\n\n5. Number of awarde
 es: up to 1 in principle for each award\;\n\n6. Announcement of the awarde
 es will be in July 2026\, each nominator will be notified by email\;\n\n7.
  Each awardee will receive a certificate and prize money (20\,000 JPY).\n\
