DESCRIPTION:The IEEE PES DIU Student Branch Chapter proudly presents “Emp
 owering Lives: Engineering Assistive Solutions &amp; Medical Device Innovation
 \,” an exclusive and knowledge-driven workshop designed to explore the g
 rowing impact of engineering in healthcare\, rehabilitation\, assistive te
 chnology\, and medical innovation. This event aims to create awareness amo
 ng students about how engineering knowledge and technological advancements
  are being used to develop real-life solutions that improve the quality of
  life for people with disabilities and medical challenges in Bangladesh.\n
 \nThe workshop will bring together experienced professionals from CRP and 
 BHPI who are actively working in the fields of rehabilitation engineering\
 , assistive device development\, and healthcare innovation. Participants w
 ill gain practical insights into assistive technologies\, medical IoT syst
 ems\, rehabilitation solutions\, and engineering entrepreneurship. The ses
 sion will also highlight how students from EEE\, CSE\, and related enginee
 ring backgrounds can contribute to the healthcare sector through innovatio
 n\, research\, and problem-solving approaches.\n\nThe event will feature A
 dv. Md. Ziaul Haque Khan\, General Manager &amp; Head of Income Generating Act
 ivities at CRP\, as the Chief Guest\, who will share valuable insights on 
 assistive device-based business opportunities and entrepreneurship. The wo
 rkshop speaker\, Shovan Parvez\, Rehabilitation Engineer at IGA\, CRP\, Gu
 est Lecturer at BHPI\, and Alumni of the Department of EEE at Daffodil Int
 ernational University\, will discuss real-life rehabilitation engineering 
 projects and assistive technology solutions currently being implemented in
  Bangladesh.\n\nIn addition to the technical discussions\, the workshop wi
 ll include an interactive Q&amp;A session and an engaging quiz competition to 
 encourage active participation and knowledge sharing among attendees. Part
 icipants will have the opportunity to connect with professionals\, learn a
 bout current industry challenges\, and explore the future possibilities of
  medical engineering and assistive technology in Bangladesh.\n\nAll regist
 ered participants will receive an online certificate\, while winners of th
 e quiz competition will be awarded physical certificates. The event will t
