  and apply best practices for efficient over-the-air message handling. The
  course also covers Winlink Peer-to-Peer (P2P) operation\, demonstrating h
 ow to establish direct station-to-station connections over VHF or HF witho
 ut relying on CMS infrastructure\, enabling fully off-grid messaging capab
 ility.\n\nPlease note on April 20 at 8pm EDT\, Frank had given an introduc
 tion to Winlink Express. IEEE MOVE's trucks have Winlink capabilities\, an
