DESCRIPTION:The IEEE APS Colombia Chapter invites students and early-career
  professionals interested in antennas\, propagation\, electromagnetics\, a
 nd communications to participate in a hybrid seminar organized by the chap
 ter with the support of the IEEE APS Student Chapter at Universidad Nacion
 al de Colombia.\n\nDuring this one-hour session\, the Applied Electromagne
 tics Laboratory will present two research projects focused on millimeter-w
 ave propagation and the design of a GRIN lens for beam steering applicatio
 ns. These topics will provide participants with an introduction to current
  research areas related to advanced wireless communications\, electromagne
 tic modeling\, and antenna systems.\n\nThe seminar will also include a bri
 ef presentation of the IEEE APS Colombia Chapter\, its academic initiative
