 ng their recruitment\, retention\, and advancement in STEM fields.\n\nSche
 duled to be held on 22nd August 2026\, the event aims to foster technical 
 excellence\, innovation\, and active participation in the rapidly evolving
  field of Quantum Computing. As part of the event\, a team based quantum i
 nnovation hackathon and a Circuit Design Competition will be organized\, e
 nabling participants to explore and apply concepts related to one of the m
 ost promising technologies of the future.\n\nThese competitions will provi
 de students with opportunities to strengthen their technical knowledge\, a
 nalytical thinking\, creativity\, and problem-solving abilities through ha
 nds-on learning and competitive engagement. The event will encourage parti
 cipants to collaborate\, innovate\, and develop practical solutions inspir
 ed by emerging advancements in computing and electronics.\n\nThe event wil
 l also feature an expert talk by an industry professional and IEEE WIE mem
 ber with extensive experience in emerging technologies and innovation. Thr
 ough this session\, participants will gain valuable insights into the fund
 amentals\, applications\, challenges\, and future prospects of Quantum Com
 puting\, along with emerging industry trends and career opportunities in S
