 id\, Waste Manager. Varme Energy and CEO\, Waste Gurus\n\nSummary: The pre
 sentation will focus mostly on Varme Energy’s mass incineration technolo
 gy but will also discuss emerging projects - Canecotred\, tire disposal\, 
 and Magnetik solutions\, medical waste. Topics covered in relation to thes
 e projects include the process\, market opportunities\, carbon capture and
  the challenges in attracting investment for these projects.\n\nBio: Samir
  Hamid is the founder of Waste Gurus\, a clean-tech consultant. He is a di
 rector on the Alberta Plastics Recycling Association and sits on numerous 
 committees of Waste to Resource Ontario. Internationally\, he has wide net
 work of contacts across North America\, Asia and the Middle East. He bridg
 es the gap between complex regulatory issues and the economic execution of
