 entation for Sections Congress in Glasgow\, Scotland\, on Friday\, August 
 21\, 2026 at 8:00 am Glasgow time. The schedule includes the 12:30 pm Glas
 gow time for the R5 picture.\n\nRegion 5 is sponsoring a meeting in Glasgo
 w\, Scotland for the PSD orientation for PSDs and OSDs who are attending S
 ections Congress. Director Sanderson will host the orientation meeting. IE
 EE elected officials may drop in to share their perspective on the future 
 of IEEE and new programs.\n\nAgenda: \nThe meeting room will be open at 8:
 00 am Glasgow Time for meet and greet and refreshments. The anticipated st
 art time for PSD Orientation is Friday [August 21] morning is 9 am. A ligh
 t refreshment of small pastries and coffee will be available at 8:30 am to
  facilitate introductions. A Region picture is tentatively scheduled for 1
 2:30 pm so Region 5 is sponsoring a light lunch. [If you want soda\, pleas
 e bring your own.]\n\nThe Friday morning PSD orientation facilitates SC 20
 26 planning and allow groups to share comments on the agenda\, such as mak
 e sure to visit the Exhibit Hall for hands-on of IEEE tools such as vTools
 . This meeting also encourages networking between members who have previou
 sly attended and the new attendees. The group will continue networking by 
 sharing best practices with small sections and large section groups and sh
 aring within the Region. We plan to keep in touch in Scotland using the Wh
