DESCRIPTION:SmartCom is a workshop on smart wireless communications coverin

 es in wireless technologies\, ubiquitous connectivity is expected to becom
 e a reality in\nthe near future. However\, this progress also drives treme
 ndous growth in wireless data traffic\, creating\nincreasing demands for h
 igher data rates. Therefore\, smart radio technologies are urgently needed
  to\nmeet these demands and sustain future wireless ecosystems. This works
 hop focuses on solutions\ntargeting not only the near future but also the 
 era beyond 5G and 6G. Expected candidate solutions\ninclude ultra-high-dat
 a-rate communication systems\, microwave/millimeter-wave/terahertz-wave\nd
 evices\, dynamic spectrum management\, smart IoT systems\, and the applica
 tion of artificial\nintelligence (AI) to wireless networks\, among others.
  The organizing committee also expects the\nworkshop to provide an excelle
 nt opportunity for networking\, fostering collaborative research\, and\nin
