DESCRIPTION:The IEEE 2026 Ideathon &amp; PitchFest is an innovation-driven even

 er innovation and interdisciplinary collaboration. Participants will work 
 in teams to identify problem statements\, design feasible solutions\, and 
 develop prototypes or proof-of-concepts before presenting their ideas to a
 n expert jury. The event will include ideation workshops\, mentoring sessi
 ons\, technical guidance\, and a final pitch competition to enhance partic
 ipants&#39; entrepreneurial and problem-solving skills. Women engineers will b
 e encouraged to take leadership roles within teams and confidently present
  innovative ideas. Industry professionals will provide constructive feedba
 ck on technical feasibility\, business potential\, and commercialization o
 pportunities. The event aims to strengthen innovation\, leadership\, commu
 nication\, and entrepreneurial competencies while promoting diversity and 
 inclusion in engineering and technology. Outstanding teams will be recogni
 zed with awards and will be encouraged to pursue incubation\, startup oppo
 rtunities\, and participation in national and international innovation com
 petitions. The event aligns with the IEEE Women in Engineering mission by
