 TEAM Fair: Networking spaces with university representatives and invited c
 ompanies.\n- Tinkercad Projects: Guided mentorship where student teams pre
 sent digital engineering models and receive awards.\n\nImpact & Goals\nThe
  event aims to reach approximately 120 local students\, fostering at least
  60% female participation. By providing direct interaction with active IEE
