  in power electronics.\nThe workshop will be held in a hybrid format at Fu
 kuoka University\, Japan\, on August 5\, 2027. Accepted papers will be pre
 sented at the workshop\, and conference proceedings will be submitted for 
 publication in IEEE Xplore\, subject to IEEE requirements.\nThe workshop a
 ims to promote technical exchange and international collaboration between 
 researchers and practitioners in Japan\, India\, and other countries.\n\nA
