DESCRIPTION:The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering\, S
chool of Engineering\, Dayananda Sagar University\, in association with th
e IEEE DSU Student Branch\, is organizing a Five-Day Faculty Development P
rogram (FDP) on "Automotive Communication\, Diagnostics and Network Valida
tion using CANoe" from 20 July 2026 to 25 July 2026.\n\nThis FDP is design
ed to provide faculty members with comprehensive theoretical knowledge and
practical exposure to automotive communication networks\, diagnostics\, s
imulation\, testing\, and validation using the industry-standard Vector CA
Noe platform. The program combines expert lectures\, hands-on laboratory s
essions\, and demonstrations using the department's existing automotive co
mmunication hardware infrastructure.\n\nParticipants will gain practical i
nsights into modern in-vehicle communication technologies including CAN\,
Automotive Ethernet\, Unified Diagnostic Services (UDS)\, Software Defined
Vehicles (SDV)\, and Ethernet-based vehicle diagnostics. Sessions will be
delivered by experienced academicians alongside industry experts from lea
ding automotive and embedded technology organizations\, ensuring an excell
ent blend of academic concepts and industrial practices.\n\nThe FDP aims t
o bridge the gap between academia and industry by enabling participants to
integrate contemporary automotive communication technologies into teachin
g\, research\, consultancy\, and curriculum development.\n\n[][]\n\nRoom A
