 hapter\, aims to further strengthen the platform for researchers\, enginee
 rs\, and practitioners to present their latest work and exchange ideas in 
 the evolving field of circuits and systems. FTCS 2026 will continue to foc
 us on the frontier hotspots and core directions of circuits and systems\, 
 with thematic focus spanning integrated circuits\, biomedical electronics\
 , artificial intelligence technologies and their interdisciplinary integra
