  as an international platform bringing together researchers\, academicians
 \, industry professionals\, and students to discuss the latest advances in
  VLSI systems\, semiconductor technologies\, circuit design\, architecture
 s\, electronic design automation (EDA)\, AI/ML applications in VLSI\, test
 ing\, verification\, and emerging semiconductor research. The conference f
 eatured keynote talks\, technical paper presentations\, tutorials\, worksh
 ops\, industry sessions\, and networking opportunities that fostered colla
 boration between academia and industry.\n\nAs a Technical Partner\, the IE
 EE CEDA Bangalore Chapter actively represented the chapter during the conf
 erence and supported the successful execution of the technical program. Th
