DESCRIPTION:ProtoNex 2026 was a 30-hour overnight national-level hackathon 
 organized by the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering a
 nd IEEE Student Branch Chapters at Presidency University on 15th and 16th 
 April 2026. The event witnessed participation from 144 students forming 41
  teams across six innovation-focused domains including Smart Agriculture\,
  Electric Vehicles\, AI in Healthcare\, Women Safety\, Low-Power Embedded 
 Systems\, and Rural Development Technologies.\n\nThe hackathon focused on 
 real-world problem solving\, prototype development\, teamwork\, and innova
 tion. Participants worked continuously through the night with support from
  faculty mentors and external industry experts. A custom web-based QR eval
 uation system was used for real-time judging and transparent assessment. T
 he event successfully encouraged interdisciplinary collaboration\, technic
 al innovation\, and industry-oriented learning among students.\n\nPresiden
