DESCRIPTION:Please join us for the monthly administrative meeting of the IE
 EE Washington Section. An emphasis of the July AdCom meeting will be going
  over the upcoming IEEE elections for both section and chapter leadership 
 this year. All IEEE members in our section and neighboring sections are we
 lcome to attend and learn about the many opportunities for volunteering in
  the Washington Section.\n\nAll chapter officers in the Washington Section
  (including joint chapters) are welcome to attend this meeting and present
  an update on their chapters' activities. For example\, a chapter officer 
 may give a short presentation on their planned technical events or provide
  slides beforehand in case they cannot attend. IEEE members interested in 
 volunteering for officer roles are encouraged to attend\, meet their secti
 on and chapter officers\, and learn about exciting events we have planned 
 for the section this year.\n\nThe July AdCom meeting will be held at the M
 artin Luther King Jr. Memorial Library in downtown Washington DC. All IEEE
  members are invited to join the AdCom for lunch after the meeting.\n\nRoo
