 eer (CEng)\, and serves as the Chair of IEEE Systems\, Man and Cybernetics
  Nanjing Section Chapter\, Steering Board Member of the UK-China Universit
 y Consortium on Engineering Education and Research (UK-China UCEER)\, Depu
 ty Director of the HUAWEI-SEU Joint Innovation Laboratory for Macro-Micro 
 Integrated Simulations. He received his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Enginee
 ring in at Imperial College London in 2017 with Fully-Funded Scholarship.\
 n\nHis research focuses on trustworthy big data analytics and artificial i
 ntelligence for coupled information-energy-transportation nexus modeling\,
  control and analysis\, with an emphasis on analysis and modeling\, percep
 tion and prediction\, and control policies coordination for different stak
 eholders in the nexus\, while the methodology focuses on enhancing safety\
 , cybersecurity &amp; privacy and robustness and generalization of the big dat
 a and AI techniques.\n\nHe has authored over 100 peer-reviewed papers were
  published in prestigious scientific journals\, including Nature Communica
 tions\, Proceedings of the IEEE\, Nature Electrical Engineering Review\, I
 EEE Power and Energy Magazine\, IEEE PES Transactions and Applied Energy\,
  with a total impact factor over 600 and over 5 ESI high-cited papers. He 
 has been awarded as one of the World’s Top 2% Scientists released by Sta
 nford University. He received the China Electric Power Outstanding Science
  and Technology Talent Award\, Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Science a
 nd Technology Award\, Huawei Spark Award\, IEEE PES China Council Outstand
 ing Young Engineer Award.\n\nHe serves as the Associate Editor of several 
 prestigious international journals\, including IEEE Transactions on Smart 
 Grid\, IEEE Power Engineering Letters\, IEEE Transactions on Industrial In
 formatics\, Applied Energy\, Protection and Control of Modern Power System

 thermore\, he is the PI/CO-PI for a series of key projects funded by the N
 SFC\, National Key R&amp;D Program of MOST China\, The Royal Society (UK)\, an

  CNY\, he also received over 15 million CNY funding from State Grid China\
 , China Southern Power Grid\, The Five Major Power Generation Groups in Ch
 ina\, Huawei\, Tencent\, Teld New Energy and StarCharge. Furthermore\, he 
 was involved in many multi-partner collaborative projects and led the work
