 am\n\nThe Elevate Initiative is designed to connect IEEE Young Professiona
 ls and student members with experienced professionals from industry who ca
 n mentor and support them in developing their projects.\n\nThe initiative 
 will focus on two main components. The first is mentor–project matching\
 , where participating students and young professionals will be matched wit
 h suitable company mentors based on their project topics\, interests\, and
  development needs. The second component is project presentation and follo
 w-up\, giving participants the opportunity to present their work\, receive
  constructive feedback\, track their progress\, and showcase their achieve
 ments.\n\nAs a first step\, the initiative will be launched online by buil
 ding a network of approximately ten participating companies or mentors. An
  introductory online event will then be organized to present the initiativ
 e to IEEE members\, explain the mentorship process\, introduce the partici
 pating mentors\, and begin the matching process between mentors and projec
