While IEEE Day celebrates innovation\, collaboration\, and th e responsible use of technology to address global challenges\, this gather ing turns that spirit inward and toward the students themselves as well as the path ahead of them. As many prepare to graduate\, the event offers a timely opportunity to understand how IEEE membership evolves beyond the cl assroom through the IEEE Young Professionals program. The gathering featur es two sharing sessions. The first is an impactful talk by Dr. Saaveethya Sivakumar\, Chair of IEEE Young Professionals Committee\, offering firstha nd insight into how YP membership supports career development\, leadership opportunities\, and global networking after graduation. The second is an industrial sharing session by IEEE Curtin alumni\, giving students a groun ded\, practical view of life after graduation from job-hunting and workpla ce expectations to how engineering knowledge translates into real industry roles.
