 d to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations\, 
 the day-long programme brought together students\, young professionals\, a
 cademics\, industry practitioners\, entrepreneurs\, and technology leaders
  for keynote sessions\, interactive workshops\, panel discussions\, networ
 king sessions\, competitions\, and the Innovation Challenge 2026.\n\nThe e
 vent was jointly organized by IEEE Young Professionals Bangladesh\, the De
 partment of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE)\, BUET\, and IEEE 
 Bangladesh Section. The programme was technically co-sponsored by the IEEE
  Society on Social Implications of Technology Bangladesh Chapter and co-or
 ganized by IEEE BUET Student Branch\, IEEE BUET SB WIE AG\, IEEE SPS BUET

 ble Engineering:\n\n- Dr. Md. Rubaiyat Hossain Mondal\, Professor\, IICT\,
  BUET\, discussed responsible AI and the relationship between technology\,
  society\, and engineering accountability.\n- Sheikh Tariful Islam and Kha
 lid Hossain (VLSI Lab\, BUET) explored open-source VLSI design ecosystems.
 \n- Tanvir Hossain\, Lecturer\, EEE\, BUET\, addressed AI applications in 
 VLSI design automation.\n\nEngineering ethics and societal responsibility 
 were examined through a panel featuring:\n\n- Dr. Ibrahim Khalil\, Founder

  SSIT Bangladesh Chapter\, conducted a workshop titled “AI in Education:
  Ethical and Professional Perspectives\,” highlighting academic integrit
 y\, data privacy\, equitable access\, and responsible AI adoption.\n\nEntr

 \nInnovation Challenge 2026:\nA highlight of the programme was Innovation 
 Challenge 2026\, where teams developed and presented innovative\, technolo
 gy-driven solutions to real-world challenges under mentor guidance. Top-pe
 rforming teams were recognized based on innovation\, teamwork\, communicat
 ion\, and overall impact. A quiz competition also added an interactive dim
 ension to the event.\n\nUpholding the IEEE Code of Ethics:\nThe programme 
 concluded with remarks from Prof. Dr. Celia Shahnaz\, who emphasized adher
 ence to the IEEE Code of Ethics in academic\, professional\, and personal 
 life.\n\nProf. Dr. Shaikh Anowarul Fattah\, Professor\, EEE\, BUET and Cha
 ir\, IEEE SSIT Bangladesh Chapter\, concluded the programme with an inspir
 ing address highlighting ethical leadership\, responsible innovation\, and
