 the communication process. It introduces the synchronization framework use
 d in contemporary wireless systems and discusses how synchronization suppo
 rts key procedures such as cell search\, initial access\, system informati
 on acquisition\, and connection establishment. The presentation also highl
 ights the importance of synchronization in advanced network capabilities\,
  including multi-antenna transmission\, coordinated communication\, and ti
 me-sensitive services. Attendees will gain a clear understanding of the sy
 nchronization mechanisms that enable efficient\, reliable\, and high-perfo

 is Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering in 2007. His research journey has taken
  him through several distinguished institutions\, including Ontario Tech U
 niversity\, the University of Toronto\, Queen’s University\, and the Roy
 al Military College of Canada. Transitioning to industry in 2020\, he bega
 n his career in the wireless communications sector\, taking on diverse tec
