DESCRIPTION:NanoWIE – Women in Science: Nanotechnology is a two-day virtu
 al event organized by IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) Yachay Tech to inspi
 re students interested in nanotechnology and research careers. The event b
 rings together six women researchers and Yachay Tech graduates currently s
 tudying or working abroad\, who will share their academic journeys\, PhD o
 pportunities\, international experiences\, research areas\, and profession
 al development.\n\nDay 1 will feature international speakers presenting in
  English about PhD opportunities and research experiences in Spain\, Mexic
 o\, and Germany. Day 2 will feature Yachay Tech graduates presenting in Sp
 anish about their experiences pursuing graduate studies and professional c
 areers abroad. Each session includes a technical presentation followed by 
 a live Q&amp;A\, allowing participants to interact directly with the speakers.
  The event aims to motivate undergraduate students to pursue graduate stud
 ies\, international collaborations\, and careers in nanotechnology and STE
