The program was conceived with the objective of emp owering faculty members with innovative teaching methodologies\, contempor ary assessment strategies\, competency-based education practices\, and eff ective classroom management techniques aligned with the evolving needs of higher education. Throughout the five-day program\, participants were expo sed to a series of expert lectures\, panel discussions\, interactive works hops\, and collaborative learning sessions that emphasized learner-centric pedagogy\, outcome-based education\, technology-enabled teaching\, emotio nal intelligence\, classroom engagement\, and continuous quality improveme nt in teaching and learning.
