DESCRIPTION:[]\n\nThe Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of P.A. Colleg
 e of Engineering\, in association with IEEE Professional Communication Soc
 iety (ProComm)\, PACE Knowledge City\, and IEEE Technology and Engineering
  Management Society (TEMS)\, successfully organized the Five-Day Faculty E
 nablement Program – IMPACT 26 (Innovative Methods in Pedagogy\, Assessme
 nt\, Competency and Teaching) from 22nd to 26th June 2026 at 10:00 AM in t
 he Multi-Purpose Hall. The program was conceived with the objective of emp
 owering faculty members with innovative teaching methodologies\, contempor
 ary assessment strategies\, competency-based education practices\, and eff
 ective classroom management techniques aligned with the evolving needs of 
 higher education. Throughout the five-day program\, participants were expo
 sed to a series of expert lectures\, panel discussions\, interactive works
 hops\, and collaborative learning sessions that emphasized learner-centric
  pedagogy\, outcome-based education\, technology-enabled teaching\, emotio
 nal intelligence\, classroom engagement\, and continuous quality improveme
 nt in teaching and learning. The sessions encouraged faculty members to re
 flect on their instructional practices\, adopt innovative approaches to cu
 rriculum delivery\, and integrate active learning strategies that enhance 
 student participation\, critical thinking\, and academic performance. The 
 program also provided a valuable platform for interdisciplinary interactio
 n\, exchange of best practices\, and professional networking among faculty
  members across various departments. Participants appreciated the practica
 l insights shared by the resource persons and actively engaged in discussi
 ons that enriched their understanding of modern educational practices. The
  event was efficiently coordinated by Mr. Vittal Bhat M.\, Assistant Profe
 ssor\, Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering\; Mrs. Fath
 imath Raihan\, Assistant Professor\, Department of Computer Science and En
