 PACT 26 (Innovative Methods in Pedagogy\, Assessment\, Competency and Teac
 hing)\, the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of P.A. College of Engi
 neering organized an inspiring session titled &quot;The Subconscious Edge: Unlo
 cking Peak Teaching and Learning&quot; on 23rd June 2026 at 2:00 PM in the Mult
 i-Purpose Hall. The session was delivered by Dr. Surfraz J. Hasim\, Psycho
 logist\, Mind Trainer &amp; Coach\, and Principal of P.A. First Grade College\
 , who served as the resource person for the second day of the faculty deve
 lopment program. The objective of the session was to help educators unders
 tand the influence of the subconscious mind on teaching effectiveness\, le
 arning behavior\, emotional intelligence\, and personal growth. Drawing up
 on principles of psychology\, neuroscience\, and human behavior\, the reso
 urce person explained how subconscious beliefs\, attitudes\, and thought p
 atterns shape classroom interactions\, decision-making\, motivation\, and 
 student engagement. The session emphasized the importance of cultivating a
  positive mindset\, self-awareness\, resilience\, and emotional regulation
  to create a conducive learning environment that fosters creativity\, conf
 idence\, and academic success. Faculty members were introduced to practica
 l strategies such as positive reinforcement\, effective communication\, vi
 sualization techniques\, stress management\, and mindfulness practices to 
 enhance both teaching effectiveness and student learning outcomes. Through
  interactive activities\, real-life examples\, and engaging discussions\, 
 participants gained valuable insights into overcoming limiting beliefs\, s
 trengthening interpersonal relationships\, and promoting a growth mindset 
 among students. The session also highlighted the significance of empathy\,
