It examines the different roles and incentives of politicians\, public servants and industry\, and how these relationships shape governme nt policy\, investment and national capability. The seminar considers why Australia’s early ambition in space has struggled to translate into sust ained government commitment\, including the institutional\, political and strategic factors that contributed to this outcome.
