 Lanka\, powered by IFS\, as part of FutureQuest 2026. The session aimed to
  provide school students with guidance on higher education opportunities\,
  diverse career pathways\, and future opportunities.\n\nOn September 25\, 
 2026\, the session was successfully conducted from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. 
 at the Main Auditorium\, New Faculty Building\, Faculty of Applied Science
 s\, Wayamba University of Sri Lanka\, with approximately 168 students repr
 esenting ten schools across the North Western Province.\n\nThe programme i
 ncluded informative and motivational sessions\, interactive discussions\, 
 and student-led Q&A focused on higher education\, career planning\, future
  opportunities\, and the skills required for students’ future. The sessi
 on provided students with an open platform to explore their interests\, di
 scuss their aspirations\, and gain practical insights into different educa
 tional and career pathways.\n\nThe session contributed to the objectives o
 f the IEEE Sri Lanka Inspire Career Compass initiative by connecting schoo
 l students with valuable guidance and information to support their educati
