 ompetition in Singapore. They are pre-qualifying the drone\, boat\, and su
 b to prepare for the competition. They will go over some of the technical 
 details and communication approach\, and they are looking for feedback fro
 m the communities.\n\n***\n\nWelcome to the monthly event for the IEEE Oce
 anic Engineering Society (OES)\, San Diego Chapter\, which is hosting this
  meeting jointly along with TMA BlueTech (The Maritime Alliance)\, and MTS
  (Marine Technology Society).\n\nPlease join us for the main presentation 
 and also plenty of time for networking and friendly conversation about eve
 rything oceanic\, engineering\, science\, Blue Tech\, and more. No need to
  be an IEEE or OES member\, or TMA\, or MTS. Everyone is invited.\n\nThis 
 month\, we will be at Quantum Brewing again\, a cool science-themed brewer
 y founded by a biochemist.\n\nNo ticket required\, but please order someth
 ing for yourself from the brewery.\n\nPlease grab a bite from a nearby res
 taurant\, which is okay to bring into the brewery per the owner.\n\nThe fo
