 the Engineering Communications Program at Cornell University is sponsoring
  a writing competition. Up to 50 engineering undergraduates in Cornell Duf
 field Engineering will be able to compete for the Engineering ACE Award (A
 chievement in Communicating Ethics) competition.\n\nThis sponsored writing
  competition will ask participants to do a short engineering ethics readin
 g in advance and then write from a given prompt. Participants will have up
  to two hours to complete their writing submission during the Sept 18 even
 t. The first 50 undergraduates to sign up will be invited to compete. Once
  accepted\, participants will be provided with more details\, including th
 e room\, the advance reading\, and the rubric by which judges will review 
 the work. Winners will be announced at the end of September.\n\nWhen: Sept
