DESCRIPTION:This talk will introduce Cyber-Secure Biological Systems\, leve
 raging living sensors constructed from engineered biological entities seam
 lessly integrated with solid-state circuits. This unique synergy harnesses
  the advantages of biology while incorporating the reliability and communi
 cation infrastructure of electronics\, offering a unique solution to socie
 tal challenges in healthcare and environmental monitoring. In this talk\, 
 examples of Cyber-Secure Biological Systems\, such as miniaturized ingesti
 ble bioelectronic capsules for gastrointestinal tract monitoring and hybri
 d microfluidic-bioelectronic systems for environmental monitoring\, will b
 e presented.\n\nAdditionally\, the talk will introduce a universal noise-c
 entric data decoding approach using GRAND that facilitates ultra-low-energ
 y wireless communications\, a critical requirement for the success of thes
 e biological systems and numerous other applications. The talk will delve 
 into the intricacies of an interdisciplinary approach to system design\, h
 ighlighting the potential of energy-efficient integrated circuits in the d
 omains of biosensing and wireless communications. These collaborative rese
 arch projects involve MIT BE/MechE\, BU ECE/BME\, and MIT RLE–Northeaste
