This year's in person event w ill be held at BAU\, Debbieh\, on Friday October the 30th\, 2026. The even t features many presentations\, the highlight of which will be a competiti on for students in Lebanon permitting them to showcase their recent academ ic work in (electro)magnetics. Students will compete at three levels: unde rgraduate\, graduate Masters level and graduate PhD level. Topics of study should fit the areas of interest of one of the AP/MTT/MAG societies\, lar gely electromagnetics and magnetics. The work reported could be pure theor y\, simulation\, applications or a combination of all three. It is request ed that students wishing to participate submit a no more than a 200-word a bstract. Students with a selected abstract will have 10 minutes to present their work and a committee will select the best presenters. There are 6 c ash prizes. Two prizes for the best PhD level research ($150 and $100)\, t wo for the best Master level project ($120 and $80)\, and two for the best senior/final year project presentation ($90 and $60).
