 n accurate head count for reservations and food.\n\nThe Region will cover 
 the costs of attendance for a single delegate from each section in both th
 e NE and NW Areas. We highly encourage sections that are close to the Palo

 st approval for a rental car from Joseph\, Sean\, and Albert as the cost w
