DESCRIPTION:The IEEE IES Hubs &amp; Nodes Africa Final Competition 2026 brings 
 together the winning teams from national/local Hubs &amp; Nodes competitions a
 cross Africa for the continental final stage of the initiative. Over two d
 ays\, finalist teams compete in a Technical Challenge (project pitching be
 fore an expert jury) and a Non-Technical Challenge track (professional pit
 ching\, a closed IES pitch session\, and a mock-trial &quot;Powerverse Tribunal
 &quot; exercise). The program also includes an official Opening Ceremony\, IES 
 panel and keynote sessions\, thematic round tables\, and structured networ
 king. The event reinforces IES&#39;s five strategic pillars retaining Young Pr
 ofessionals\, bridging the generational gap\, reconnecting industry to IES
 \, growing IEEE structure\, and regional proximity with particular focus o
 n the Student-to-Young Professional transition through direct mentorship.
