DESCRIPTION:The 15th International ITG Conference on Systems\, Communicatio
ns and Coding (SCC 2027) is organized by the Information Technology Societ
y (ITG) of the Association for Electrical\, Electronic and Information Tec
hnologies (VDE). SCC aims at bridging the gap between theory\, application
s and various communities in the field of communications. Therefore\, we e
ncourage contributions from both academia and industry\, theoretical work
as well as applied research in various fields of communications.\n\nThe Un
iversity of Bremen is a young and internationally oriented public research
university in northern Germany\, known for its strong interdisciplinary p
rofile. It covers a wide range of research areas\, including information t
 echnology\, production engineering\, materials science\, aerospace\, marin
e sciences\, and the social sciences. A defining feature of the university
is its close embedding in the industrial environment of the Bremen region
and northwestern Germany. Long‑standing collaborations with regional an
d global companies in sectors such as aerospace\, maritime technologies\,
logistics\, automotive systems\, and artificial intelligence closely link
research and real‑world applications. Through this strong interaction be
tween academia and industry\, the University of Bremen acts as an importan
t innovation hub that combines fundamental research with practical impact.
