 sed technical challenges aimed at testing practical skills\, encouraging\n
 \ninnovation\, and fostering collaboration among student participants in t
 he domain of photonics\n\nand technology. Teams consisting of 2 participan
 ts will compete\, with registration fees set at\n\n₹59 per team for IEEE
  members and ₹110 per team for non-IEEE participants.\n\nThe program off
 ers students an engaging platform to showcase their technical expertise\, 
 network\n\nwith fellow innovators\, and celebrate IEEE Day through hands-o
