DESCRIPTION:TechHer Innovation Lab: From Ideas to Impact is a hands-on STEM
and innovation experience designed to encourage women students to explore
  engineering\, technology\, and problem-solving through practical learning
. Participants will work in teams to identify real-world challenges and de
velop technological solutions using tools such as Arduino\, sensors\, elec
tronics\, programming\, and 3D printing. The activity will take place in u
niversity laboratories with the support of faculty mentors and IEEE WIE vo
lunteers. Participants will receive guidance throughout the design and pro
totyping process\, allowing them to transform their ideas into functional
prototypes. The event will also include technical mini-workshops\, collabo
rative challenges\, mentoring\, and a final presentation where teams will
showcase their solutions. Through this experience\, participants will stre
 ngthen technical\, creative\, communication\, teamwork\, and leadership sk
ills. The activity will also provide an opportunity to connect students wi
th IEEE WIE members\, faculty\, and women in STEM. The event aims to inspi
re participants to continue exploring STEM careers and become actively inv
olved in professional and technical communities.\n\nAgenda: \n🗓️ Agen
