DESCRIPTION:To support your role in inspiring students to pursue careers in
STEM-related fields\, we are pleased to offer the following program which
provides a complete STEM curriculum for grade 11-12 students. This progra
m will provide access to STEM content and the technical expertise of our I
EEE members to help you integrate this content into your teaching practice
. The program will be delivered from January to June 2027 and uses the [XR
P Robot](https://www.sparkfun.com/experiential-robotics-platform-xrp-kit.h
tml) as a teaching platform!\n\nThe program begins with a guided 16-week p
resentation of a [4-course curriculum in Robotics & IoT](https://www.cool-
mcu.com/bundles/rpi-pico-robotics-and-iot-curriculum-for-pre-university-ed
ucators). Regular weekly after school Zoom meetings will help consolidate
these concepts into your teaching practice.\n\nMore about the program can
be seen in this video: https://youtu.be/ApaDFzaCM9Q\n\nThis training is ta
rgeted towards Grade 11/12 Computer Engineering\, Electronics\, or Compute
r Networking Teachers. And it will be delivered virtually using a Learning
Management System\, combined with weekly live Q/A sessions to verify mast
ery of the material.\n\nUpon successful completion of learning objectives\
, you will be eligible to receive up to 16 PDH and 1.6 CEU credits from IE
EE!\n\nWhen registering\, please complete all address fields\, so we can s
hip you a robot kit and track in time for the kick-off session!\n\nYou wil
l receive a separate email message when registration closes\, providing fu
rther instructions as well as the Zoom meeting information.\n\nSpeaker(s):
