DESCRIPTION:This speech addresses the vision\, challenges\, and intelligent
solutions for sixth-generation (6G) wireless networks. Driven by the expl
osive growth of heterogeneous devices and mission-critical applications su
ch as autonomous driving and low-altitude intelligent networking\, convent
ional communication paradigms face fundamental bottlenecks including cover
age gaps\, severe interference\, and fast-changing wireless channels. To o
vercome these challenges\, an integrated framework of intelligent connecti
on\, transmission\, and scheduling is established. For intelligent connect
 ion\, user-centric cell-free networking and QoS-aware massive random acces
s are adopted to enhance coverage\, access success rate\, and resource uti
lization. For reliable transmission\, effective channel estimation and pre
diction methods are developed\, together with sparse coding and joint sour
ce-channel coding for semantic communications\, to achieve high spectral e
fficiency and robustness in dynamic environments. For intelligent scheduli
ng\, multi-domain resource coordination and integrated sensing and communi
cation (ISAC) beamforming are employed to optimize spectral and energy eff
iciency while improving sensing-communication synergy. Validations based o
n theoretical analysis and hardware testbeds demonstrate significant perfo
rmance gains.\n\nSpeaker(s): \, Judy\n\nResearch Techno Plaza Seminar Room
