DESCRIPTION:Title：Integrated Satellite Communications\, Navigation\, Remo
te Sensing & Intelligence Technology and Networks\n\nSpeaker：Weixiao Men
g\, Professor\, Harbin Institute of Technology\, China\n\nAbstract：This
report focuses on the future development trends of 6G\, AI\, and the space
-air-ground integrated networks. Based on the recent scientific research a
chievements\, First introduce the research status of satellite communicati
ons and Non-Terrestrial-Networks (NTN)\, then present a new type of air-ba
sed wireless communication system\, and provide the design and application
of grant-free low-orbit satellite Internet of things (SIoT). Secondly pre
sent the Doppler acquisition based precise positioning technology for low-
orbit satellite communication and navigation integration under GNSS-less o
r free conditions. In response to the practical problem of long-time delay
in satellite remote sensing data back transmission\, we propose the integ
rated satellite communications and remote sensing technologies\, and provi
des the combining SAM large model intelligent processing and transmission
of on-board region of interest (ROI) images. Finally\, in accordance with
the development needs of future space computing networks\, we present a sc
heme for integrated low-orbit satellite communication and artificial Intel
ligence.\n\nBiography: Weixiao Meng\, Tenured Professor of Harbin Institut
e of Technology\, Fellow of the Chinese Institute of Electronics and Fello
w of the China Institute of Communications. Research Interests include Wir
eless Communications and Space Networks. He serves as the Principal Invest
igator for the National 863 Program\, National Major Projects\, Key Progra
ms of the National Natural Science Foundation of China\, and a National Fi
rst-Class Course. He has led more than 40 research projects\, authored 5 m
onographs\, and published over 370 papers\, with more than 8\,100 Google S
cholar citations. He has won 12 national defense and provincial/ministeria
l science and technology awards\, over 10 international academic awards\,
and holds more than 80 authorized national invention patents. He was award
ed the Heilongjiang Outstanding Returned Overseas Talent Award for Serving
the Nation and selected into the Program for New Century Excellent Talent
s in University of the Ministry of Education. His concurrent academic appo
intments include Vice Chair of the Intelligent Aerospace Information Commi
ttee of the Chinese Society for Creativity\, the Chair of the IEEE Communi
