  2 invited lectures were presented. This was IEEE EDS DL sponsored program
 . The first session was inaugurated by Chief Guest Campus Chief of Birendr
 a Multiple Campus Prof. Ganesh Prasad Kharal. On his inaugural speech\, he
  thanked the EDS HQ and Nepal Chapter sponsoring and arranging such import
 ant program in the remote area of Nepal. The EDS Distinguished Lecturer Pr
 of. Chandan Kumar highlighted the vision\, mission and role of IEEE EDS fo
 r academic upliftment of its member and nation. The session was also addre
 ssed by Nepal Chapter Chair\, Prof. Bhadra Pokharel\, President of Nepal P
 hysical Society\, Prof. Shekhar Gurung and EDS member prof. Sitaram Byahut
 . They highlighted on the science policy and role of IEEE EDS Chapter in N
 epal. The program was presided by NPS Bharatpur Chapter President Dr. Ram
