Igniting Data Potential: Transforming Insight into Impact!

The event was a data analysis and presentation competition where participants were given an Excel dataset and a set of case study questions. They were required to analyze the data, formulate solutions, and present their findings through a PowerPoint presentation with one slide per question. The questions were designed to assess participants' problem-solving skills as they delved into case studies to derive optimal solutions. Teams had to adhere to a 5-minute presentation time limit when delivering their results to judges.

To participate, teams needed to register in advance using the provided QR Google Form. Importantly, the use of AI tools like ChatGPT during the competition was strictly prohibited. The judging criteria encompassed various aspects, including the quality of solutions, the accuracy of answers, the effectiveness of visualizations, and the overall presentation of the PowerPoint. It emphasized a holistic evaluation of participants' analytical and communication skills.

A strict policy against cheating was in place, with any violations resulting in immediate disqualification from the competition. The coordinators and judges had the authority to make final decisions, ensuring fairness and integrity throughout the event.
