Dr. Mansi Subhedar holds a Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering (2019) and has over 19 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership. She currently serves as IQAC Coordinator and Head of the Department of Electronics and Computer Science at Pillai HOC College of Engineering and Technology, Rasayani, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Dr. Subhedar has published over 54 papers in peer-reviewed international journals and conferences, accumulating more than 1209 citations on Google Scholar, with an h-index of 13 and i10 index 12. She actively contributes to the research community as a reviewer for reputed publishers such as Elsevier, Springer, Taylor & Francis, and has been a technical committee member and reviewer for more than 20 international conferences under IEEE and Springer. She has also secured research grants for three projects from the University of Mumbai.

An approved Ph.D. and postgraduate guide at the University of Mumbai, Dr. Subhedar has mentored numerous postgraduate students and evaluated participants in various state and national innovation competitions including Smart India Hackathon (SIH), Avishkar, and hackathons. She holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification, underscoring her commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Dr. Subhedar is a Senior Member of IEEE, Fellow of IETE, and life member of ISTE, IEI, and CSI. She has served as Honorary Secretary of the IETE Navi Mumbai Center for two terms and currently is an executive committee member. She actively contributes to IEEE Bombay Section and IEEE India Council, holding leadership positions such as Chair of the Women in Engineering (WIE) affinity group and Co-convener of the Industry Academia Young Professionals Committee. Dr. Subhedar combines strong academic expertise with a passion for lifelong learning, having completed multiple certifications via NPTEL, Coursera, and edX.

Her research interests include IoT, telecommunication networks, Industry 4.0, and machine learning. She is an accomplished speaker and educator, having delivered numerous talks and hands-on sessions on topics including IoT, telecommunication networks, machine learning, Python programming, and Industrial IoT.
