Ron Place
Ron Place is a retired IBM engineering manager. He joined IBM at the Kennedy Space Center and was contracted out to NASA as a launch technician. After leaving the Apollo space program, he worked in various engineering groups in East Fishkill, Manassas, and Burlington. When he left IBM at a young age, Ron created a furniture design, build and restoration company.
He lives in Jericho with his wife Helen where they tend their expansive yard and flower gardens.
