Contact Dr. Tim Lee to get permission to volunteer for IMS2020 and obtain permission to attend this event.  

Dr. Tim Lee and many of us won IMS2020 Los Angeles by vote of the MTT-S AdCom.  This will be the first time since IMS1981 that the symposium will be held in our section.  If you want to volunteer for a position on the organizing committee then this meeting is where all the committees will be expanded.  It will be a significant commitment and we will have many meetings, presentations and 1000ds of hours of volunteer work the next two years. 11,000 people attend IMS each year.

Elsie Vega is the center of IMS each year.  She negotiates most of the contracts.  She will report on the Convention Center, Hotels, Food & Beverage and other tasks she has done for IMS2020.
