On Monday, 4th of March, at 13.00 in the G2 Alfa lecture hall at UM FERI, Koroška cesta 46, a lecture from industry by Comtron company will be held. The presenters will be Ivan Selar, Vinko Šmid, and Rado Jelen. The lecture will include the overview of Node.js technologies, the Express framework, and the Angular framework used by the company in the development of their web applications. They will also present their web application, which they execute on cloud infrastructure and can be adapted on any number of their clients.

   • The concept of the Node.js web server running in conjunction with the Express framework.
   • Ensuring security.
   • Functionality of the proxy software.
   • Communication with the database.
   • Server layout.

4. Presentation and description of the Angular framework:

   • Use of the Angular Framework for creating web, desktop and mobile applications (using nativeScript).
   • Concept of operation, explanation of the structure of Angular projects.
   • Communication with online APIs, data exchange.
   • Deployment of an Angular Web site.
