Educational outreach experience for high school juniors and seniors interested in careers in engineering.  This activity involved an introduction to microelectronics and a cleanroom tour and lab activity which involved patterning and layer transfer.  20 high school students attended, and the activity involved 5 undergraduate and graduate students in RIT Microelectronic Engineering as volunteer assistants for running the program.
