. Discussion of the previous ExCom and BOD meeting minutes (15 minutes, Dr Karimian).
2. Tasks from the last BOD meeting:
a. Finalizing the status of awards discussed by Dr Faiz in the last Excom meeting. On the same note, Acoustic Society’s email to be discussed as well by Dr Karimian.
b. Conditions surrounding Section counselor(s) and committee co-chairs (Dr Atrianfar, 10 minutes).
c. Updates of actions for membership development, and negotiations with Bonyad Meli Nokhbegan, or companies like Alibaba, Digikala, … for discounts to IEEE members, etc. (Dr Boluki, 10 minutes).
3. Plan for the consolers’ meeting (Dr Nikoufard, 10 minutes).
4. Status with the registration at the ministry.
5. Status with the committees.
6. Given the Excom concerns on lack of inspiration in Student branch Chairs, BOD plans for engagements (Dr Fereydounian, 10 minutes).
7. Discussing reflection of Monthly technical reports by members in IEEE Section blog (Dr Nikoufard, 5 minutes).
8. Status of issuing Certificates (Hokm) for BOD and Excom members (Dr Moradi, 5 minutes).
