The webinar will feature Glenn Zorpette, Executive Editor of IEEE Spectrum, the IEEE's flagship, award-winning magazine,  who will speak on the magazine's "Consumer Electronics Hall of Fame: the 50  Greatest Gadgets of the Past 50 Years," and the little-known dramas behind those inventions, followed by Q&A with Glenn on how Spectrum can help tell your organization's story.

Biography:

Glenn Zorpette is executive editor of IEEE Spectrum magazine. His interests include chipmaking, vehicles, nuclear and national-security technologies, audio electronics, DIY, war-zone reconstruction, technology applications in the developing world, and digital imaging. His reporting for Spectrum has taken him to Iraq, Afghanistan, Kuwait, the South Pole, Kwajalein Atoll, South Africa, and an underwater habitat in the Caribbean. He has won a National Magazine Award for Reporting, been a finalist in the same category, and has won a Grand Neal Award, among other honors. A Fellow of the IEEE, he holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Brown University.
