We are excited to host a virtual event targeting mindful career growth with guest speaker Kathryn Janecke Senior Director of Regulatory, Quality, and Clinical Affairs at the Stryker Emergency Medical division. We will focus on navigating the career with inclusion in mind, during times of uncertainty and change. Folks from all stages of career development will benefit from this discussion. The event will be held via WebEx and the format will include a short introduction followed by a question and response session. All discussion is encouraged!

Kathryn Janecke Kathryn Janecke

Biography:

Kathryn Janecke has a background in biochemistry, and has spent 20 years in the medical device industry, having worked on In-Vitro Diagnostics, Hematology, Audiology and Cardiology devices.  She is a leader with an emphasis in building team growth and development, a focus on customer and patient needs.  She has a passion for diversity and inclusion, and spends as much time as she can mentoring members of her team on how to drive overall organizational effectiveness.  Kathryn is married to her husband, Tim and together they are raising three children, Sydney (16), Grant (14) and Cecilia (11).  Her family lives on acreage in Woodinville with dogs, cats, chickens, quail and a rabbit.  Her family enjoys spending time in the outdoors and frequents our beautiful National Parks.
